Let's Review: Eat, Pray, Love

On Tuesday, my father and I went to the movies for my birthday and we decided to watch Eat, Pray, Love.
The movie was over two hours long but I left with an insightful approach to life- be happy and be good to yourself. I loved how Julia Roberts portrayed the character! For any of you that believe it's just a chick flick, I totally disagree and proof of this is the fact that my father truly enjoyed the movie as well.

More than a chick flick, the movie has a great moral story and is just an enjoyable movie to watch. The locations in the film are beautiful and exotic, so if you appreciate or want to travel to Rome, India, or Bali, I say go watch the movie and pick your travel dates!

My favorite scene would have to be the pizza scene. I won't spoil it all for you guys but I love how Roberts isn't like most women whom always count calories and restrict themselves. She enjoys a whole pizza pie and then goes and buys a bigger sized pair of jeans. Amazing.

I'd give it 5/5 stars!

P.S. I'm interested in reading the book!

Getting Inspired

I've decided to go back to my old ways...or maybe it's me starting anew? Anyways I've been going back and forth about this idea and finally I've settled and committed to what I want to do, which is....drumroll please....start a YouTube channel that is more personal and fun, mainly more about my life and myself. I love doing the makeup tutorials and beauty videos but in all honesty it's not my favorite thing to do. I don't feel professional enough at times and I don't want to let people down. At least if I'm doing videos about myself there's no disappointment! So look forward to seeing more videos about me rather than the newest beauty looks.

Ok laying off of the heavy stuff...I only have one week left of summer and I can't believe it! We did a lot of stuff throughout these past three months so I will be writing about my trips and adventures more often now!

This past weekend my boyfriend and I visited the Florida Mall in Orlando and it was HUGE! We were going shopping for clothes for school and I snagged awesome stuff from Forever 21 and Papaya. Inside the mall there was a M&M's store filled with M&M's in all different flavors! My boyfriend and I love chocolate so you know I had to take a picture!
